Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You are able to book training by paying a deposit to secure your dates, and the balance would be due 24hr prior to the start of your dogs program.
Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?
No we do not.
Do you accept out-of-state clients?
Yes. We offer pickup from our nearest airport in CA.
Is there a guarantee on the training?
It’s up to the owner to follow-through and continue the dog’s training to ensure success. We always train to the standard detailed in our services, but we cannot control what happens after the dog has graduated.
Where will my dog be staying?
We are a home-based operation. Your dog will be living full time with our trainers, monitored 24hrs in a safe & clean environment. We maintain a low capacity of dogs to ensure quality service is provided to each individual dog and client.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes, we are booked out a minimum of two month at all times.
Do you train all dogs?
Yes. We train any breed, size or temperament.
Can I visit my dog during their stay?
To not interrupt the training process we strongly prefer the dog's take a break from their owners. We provide a midway lesson at week 3 or 4 depending on your program to get your family up to speed on your dogs training. Updates will be sent frequently.
Do you send progress reports?
Yes. We provide picture and video updates through either text message or by posting on our Instagram page so you're able to keep up with your dog!
